After its formation in a barn in Acton, MA, New England Carbide moved to Cambridge, MA, where it operated until 1956.
Medford, Massachusetts Plant

In 1956, New England Carbide relocated to 55 Commercial Street in Medford, consolidating its operations into one 21,500 square foot manufacturing facility.
Peabody, Massachusetts Facility

After 9 years in Medford, New England Carbide moved north of Boston to Peabody, Massachusetts in 1965. We manufactured at that location until 1992, when the company moved into its current facility.
Current Location in Topsfield, Massachusetts

Since 1988, New England Carbide has been a privately-owned business and is now located north of Boston in Topsfield, Massachusetts in a 10,000 square-foot manufacturing facility.
